Pop-A-Lock ***!!

Pop-A-Lock has the worst service I've ever had. I locked my keys in the car, while it was running, and my brand new puppy was in the car.

If that wasn't bad enough, the original estimate they gave me was thirty minutes, so I wait(meanwhile, my car is still running!). Thirty minutes later, I call back and get another quote of eight minutes....... time passes, eight minutes to be exact, still no Pop-A-Lock. I call again and ask for a manager, her response is he'll be here in ten minutes(car's still running!).

I totally called her out about the ten minutes and she says hold on while I call the driver, she gets back on the phone five minutes later and says she can't reach the driver.....

Finally, he makes it out and his only response is "I was all the way on the other side of town...." meanwhile, my car is still running. My only response back was, "Open my *** door."

Moral of the story, GET 'AAA'!!!!
